This quartet of books are written by Edmond Bordeaux Szekely, one of the founders of International Biogenic Society; he being passed away & the organization now being defunct make these books hard finds.

1) The Pilgrim Kamanita is for would-be saints: It''s a step-by-step guide on how Buddha became one. It is recommended the first reading be a cursory 1; the second reading The Sorborne Method should be used with thoughts written in the margin; third reading, meditate before & during your focused reading to bring out Buddha''s whisperings to you.

2) Sexual Harmony is a treatise on what is needed for long term sexual harmony.

3) The Tender Touch follows up the above with practical methods for improving oneself sexually which were developed by the Essenes at the Dead Sea.
Biogenic meditation using plants is introduced & the book is a general intro to the IBS.
